Pertussis Herbal Remedies by Aviva Romm

Last week I came across this fabulous 30 minute video by Aviva Romm about Pertussis. I thought that she did a great job sharing a weath of information, and I especially liked the herbal remedies that she shared recipies for. To make them a bit easier to find, I’m reposting them here. They are straight from her talk, which I highly recommend, and which can be seen here:

Since so many of our blog readers are pregnant, we’ve added a few tips and instructions relating to pregnancy, and notes about which herbs to avoid while pregnant at the bottom.

  1. Great post! I was just thinking about researching natural remedies for pertussis, just in case my kids ever get it. =] (I’ve heard they’re seeing more cases in recent years.) I’ll have to bookmark this.
